EAGALA-certified Equine Specialist (certified March 30, 2026) seeking to join an EAGALA team. Based in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Ideally looking in CA or NV, but open to opportunities anywhere in the U.S.
Background includes owning and operating a 10-acre rescue-based lesson and boarding program (Golden Spike Farm), along with instructor/barn staff roles at Castle Rock Arabians and All Seasons Horse Riding. Former CHA Certified Instructor (English Level 3, Western Level 2)
Currently volunteering with multiple equine-assisted programs, including Lead with Horses, Between Horses and Humans, Rescued Hearts Ranch, and Zenerosity—supporting groundwork-based sessions, herd observation, and participant safety.
Strong focus on horse welfare, nonverbal communication, boundaries, and safe session support.
Open to full-time, part-time, or contract roles.
