Advanced Certified Mentoring Program Application

The Eagala Advanced Certified Program is designed for professionals who want to deepen their mastery of the Eagala Model, expand their professional impact, and contribute at a higher level within the Eagala community.

To successfully complete the program and earn Advanced Certified Member status, members are required to complete a minimum of four trainings in total.

To be accepted into the program, you must have completed at least two trainings completed prior to applying. (Part 1 or Part 2 do not count) We recognize that members enter the program at different stages of their professional journey. Some may have already completed two or more of the required trainings before applying, while others will need to complete specific
trainings to begin and/or finish the program.

During the program, all members will work closely with their mentor to identify individual learning goals and areas of focus. Together, you will select a targeted professional development training that best supports your continued learning.

By the end of the program, you will have completed:
Two (2) Fundamentals Trainings
 One must be completed before application
 The second may be completed before or during the program
One (1) Eagala Skillset Intensive Training
 May be completed before or during the program
One (1) Additional Professional Development training during the program
 Selected in collaboration with your mentor

Along with the training requirements, you must facilitate a minimum of 400 Eagala Sessions for completion:
 Before applying, complete a minimum of 100 direct client hours facilitating Eagala model services- to include a combination of group and individual sessions
 During the program, complete a total of 300 hours facilitating Eagala sessions
