Refund policy

Return Policy - For Items Purchased on Eagala Website Store
 Purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order.
 Shipping charges are non-refundable.
 We will refund your credit card for the purchase amount less shipping and handling within 14 business days of receipt of your return. You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
 Merchandise returned must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Merchandise is not returnable if it has been assembled or used.

Events - We offer a 100% refund up to three weeks prior to the trainings or conferences. After that, refunds are available minus a $200 administrative fee per person.
