This workshop is designed for Eagala Model facilitators who want to work with organizations or businesses and/or who are looking to expand their equine assisted professional development services, with an eye towards working with large, global organizations. Learn from an Eagala practitioner’s firsthand account of how she developed an innovative, dynamic program for a leading tech company aimed at cultivating emerging leaders and addressing attrition within the organization. Kristen’s collaboration with other Eagala Certified members across the world underscores the power of the model, the impact of going ‘all in’ and not limiting possibilities when opportunities arise. This webinar provides concrete elements for developing and implementing a program as well as inspiration to look beyond what appear to be limitations. A fascinating journey!
