Join us to learn about the exciting things that are happening with Eagala programming in South Africa! Sarah Garland (MH and ES), Advanced Eagala Certified, Eagala Mentor, has been certified with Eagala since 2009 and has been providing Eagala Model services in South Africa since that time. She is the founder of a small non-profit organization called the Equinox Trust which provides various Equine Assisted Therapy and Learning Services to her communities. She has worked with a diverse variety of populations using only the Eagala Model, ranging from trauma, vicarious trauma, forensic male psychiatric patients, gender-based violence victims, children and youth with behavioral issues, individuals, couples, families, and corporations. She has a unique business model in that they do not have their own farm that they work from which keeps their overhead low and they can service difference areas as they rent farm space and horses.
