This workshop is designed for Eagala Model facilitators who want to work with organizations or businesses and/or who are looking to expand their equine assisted professional development services, with an eye towards working with large, global organizations. Learn from an Eagala practitioner’s firsthand account of how she developed an innovative, dynamic program for a leading tech company aimed at cultivating emerging leaders and addressing attrition within the organization. Kristen’s collaboration with other Eagala Certified members across the world underscores the power of the model, the impact of going ‘all in’ and not limiting possibilities when opportunities arise. This webinar provides concrete elements for developing and implementing a program as well as inspiration to look beyond what appear to be limitations. A fascinating journey!

Bio:
With a lifetime of experience riding and training horses, Kristen combined her connection with horses and her desire to help others into her work as Executive Director of the nonprofit organization, Gateway HorseWorks. In addition to founding and managing the organization, she participates as part of the treatment team as an Equine Specialist. In addition to her duties at Gateway HorseWorks, Kristen owns and operates WorkHorse, an equine assisted professional development company, serving the organizational needs of corporate teams, universities, and school districts. Prior to her Eagala certification in 2011, she worked in small, medium, and global organizations in the fashion industry.
