The Raleigh House of Hope is a nationally recognized substance abuse and mental health treatment provider. The successful candidate will be a strong Therapist with experience providing group and individual sessions incorporating equine therapy and traditional therapeutic methods. This unique position includes a traditional caseload of 2 to 3 clients, supporting our dynamic clinical team. In addition to this, this position will oversee and facilitate The Raleigh House Equine Program.

Essential Functions:

-Provide group and individual equine therapy and be able to articulate the dynamics, benefits, and application of equine therapy

-Facilitate individual, family, and group psychotherapy process groups, and psychoeducation.

-Provide crisis intervention, ACA diversion, and behavioral interventions as needed for assigned clients and other clients.

-Participate in the admission process: initial assessments, treatment planning, coordination of care.

-Responsible for treatment, case management, collateral contacts, behavioral contracts, and treatment planning for an assigned caseload.

-Maintain awareness, understanding, and compliance with all policies/procedures, memos, emergent issues/needs, and behavioral and safety plans or special monitoring.

-Address any emergent issues, including documentation, treatment plan revisions, etc.

-Accurate and thorough discharge planning to promote the continuity of appropriate care.

-Participate in group and individual supervision, including case presentations, assisting to provide group training, clinical discussion, and ongoing training.

Education and Other Employment Requirements:

-Currently holds a Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT or is license eligible

-Must have experience as both an equine and traditional setting therapist.

-Experience with Substance Use Disorders and Mental Health

Treatment in a residential setting, preferred.

-Must possess a valid drivers license and have a reliable form of transportation.

-Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Salary Range : $60,000 - $75,000 a year.
