(Part 1 or Part 2 do not count) We recognize that members enter the program at different stages of their professional journey. Some may have already completed two or more of the required trainings before applying, while others will need to complete specific\u003cbr\u003etrainings to begin and\/or finish the program.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDuring the program, all members will work closely with their mentor to identify individual learning goals and areas of focus.
