Farm & program assistant - Neshkoro, WI
Living Anew Farm in Neshkoro, WI is hiring part time help to assist with basic horse chores and grounds maintenance 5-6 days a week. 3-6 hours per day depending on workload and daily tasks. Potential for full time is possible. Must be strong, healthy, willing to work hard (and compensated accordingly), comfortable around horses and other farm animals. Reliable transportation required, detail-oriented, non-smoking facility. We are a high quality family owned business providing equine assisted therapy and services. Background check required and candidate must sign a confidentiality agreement. This is an independent contractor position. Duties include (but definitely not limited to) daily stall & paddock cleaning, small animal (goats and chickens) clean up, water, feeding at times, turn out/turn in, grass cutting, pasture maintenance, hay (fun!), weeding, gardening, general building and fence maintenance, administrative duties, Handy with tools is a must. Solid horse experience a plus, but will train the right individual. Opportunity to advance and learn for the right individual. wanting to advance their horsemanship and EAP/EAL facilitation skills and experience. Excellent weekly pay and working conditions.
